Came within 2 hours of phoning. Made clear the cost for 1 hours work (£116 + vat), so no surpises on this front. The 2 guys were professional and sorted out the problem with no hassles. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service today! Charlie arrived earlier than our appointment time & explained all work he was going to carry out & check beforehand. He explained each stage during his work, which was most useful and we knew exactly what was happening. Very knowledgable re his work and once all completed we were left very happy customers!
