Excellent service today! Charlie arrived earlier than our appointment time & explained all work he was going to carry out & check beforehand. He explained each stage during his work, which was most useful and we knew exactly what was happening. Very knowledgable re his work and once all completed we were left very happy customers!

Charlie and Gordon were wonderful! Came out to my property to fix a problem with the waste water and sewage pipes. Charlie was a pleasure to deal with - considerate and respectful and kept me updated at every stage in the process. Although this was a fairly big and sometimes complicated job, he completed it efficiently and to a high standard.

The lady taking the booking was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately the original engineer’s arrival time was delayed by problems with a more urgent case but he still managed to arrive before 6pm, the cause of the blockage identified and the drain cleared within half an hour.

Engineer arrived on time and within three hours of my calling Drain Boss. Paul was very helpful and explained exactly what he would do. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently having completed a thorough check and left everything as he found it. He was particularly helpful as he had to remove a heavy planter to access the manhole which was in the middle of a flower bed. Not the easiest task. I would definitely recommend Drain Boss and use them again.
