Friendly and exceptional service. We needed a new soak-away installed and the work was done on time, cleanly and to expectations. They also quoted for some minor work while they were onsite that we were delighted to accept. To be clear, this wasn't them upselling, this was initiated by us. We are looking forward to using them again for other work that isn't limited to drainage. A great company to deal with.

George came out promptly and cleared and mended our drain. He also gave us some practical tips to maintain the drain. Excellent service from the initial phone call to the job done. All staff very polite, friendly and efficient. Very happy to recommend.

They are local to us and arrived quickly. They ran their camera along the damaged drain and diagnosed the fault. The proposed repair and its cost were discussed, which we agreed to. The repair was done immediately. We are pleased with what they have done.

We called Drainage Plus out as we had a blocked drain. They cleared that and at the end of the process showed us an image of the drain with a camera. They explained to us that there were cracks along our drain and a major cause of the blockage was tree roots growing through the clay pipe. We could see the cracks which ran right along the drain. As a preventative measure they suggested a drain liner which would mean protecting the pipe and preventing a collapse of the pipe. Great work and very courteous. Kept us informed at all stages of the process.
