We called Drainage Plus out as we had a blocked drain. They cleared that and at the end of the process showed us an image of the drain with a camera. They explained to us that there were cracks along our drain and a major cause of the blockage was tree roots growing through the clay pipe. We could see the cracks which ran right along the drain. As a preventative measure they suggested a drain liner which would mean protecting the pipe and preventing a collapse of the pipe. Great work and very courteous. Kept us informed at all stages of the process.

Lady who answered the phone was very efficient. Dave called back immediately to state he would arrive within 90mins. Arrived within 40mins. Immediately started investigation with cameras. Problem identified, a plastic bag, after a struggle managed to blast through the pipe. Problem solved. However Dave was very thorough and checked the pipes leading from the sink and then onward within the main sewer pipe. Dave was excellent, very thorough, tidy, and friendly. I recommend Drainage Plus.
