We had an emergency on a Sunday evening with a blocked toilet, drain and a mentally disabled son that didn’t understand the situation. Alex came out immediately, and worked so hard to clear the problem, including locating a manhole covered in 2 inches of soil and plant matter, digging it out and clearing the blockage. He also spent time to explain the cause and give tips to prevent reoccurrence. Could not recommend more highly! A true lifesaver!

When I reported a blocked drain Farhad came promptly and did thorough work diagnosing then fixing the problem.

The Plumber was most efficient and got on with the job immediately. He found a solution to the problem and rectified it quickly. He was very professional and I am delighted with his work. Would recommend.
