I received a very quick reply on a WhatsApp message. The number I found on their website. Farhad (Fred) arrived next day as it wasn’t an emergency. He gave me a quote which I thought was fair & began the task of clearing the blockage & cutting roots that had caused the problem. All other outside drains (3) were checked & cleaned out. I’ll take his advice of preventative clearing of the roots every 4 years.

Had an issue with my toilet Macerator suddenly stopping and causing a real mess. Called Drainage & Plumbing Ltd and they were brilliant from start to finish. The plumber turned up on time , was friendly, explained what the problem was, and got it fixed quickly without any fuss . You can tell they know what they’re doing, Everything’s been working perfectly since. Definitely recommend them if you need someone reliable and professional .
