I suddenly noticed water was coming out of the top of a manhole cover..on lifting the lid it was full of undesirable material. Contacted the company and about 2hrs later Fahad arrived. He was extremely thorough in his approach to the problem. Simple rodding didn't work and with access to a manhole in my neighbours garden he removed the blockage using a reverse pressure washer...I particularly liked the tests Fahad did at the end to check all was clear and working normally....highly recommended
