I used this company for an emergency call out. Great service and communication. Job completed within 4 hours of my first enquiry. Engineer attended property for free quote and then called to price and ask authorisation to proceed. I was advised by the buisness owner not to pay them until I was satisfied with the job which I thought was fair and very reasonable.
