I contacted several local businesses about moving our 250 kg piano, but none of them would take on the job. I contacted this company on Thursday, and they delivered it by Sunday at 6 pm. The entire move went smoothly, and the piano was handled with great care. They even asked exactly where I wanted it positioned in the house. Excellent communication, reliability and quality of service throughout. 10/10 — highly recommended!

I had a desk to move from one property to another and have another piece of furniture removed at the second property. Called up and within less than one hour their friendly, professional team had arrived at the first property to effect the move and ultimately within less than 2 hours of my first enquiry; the move had been completed and at a very reasonable price. I will 100% be using them again and I cannot more highly recommend a service that is as fast, with professional and polite staff who are and were for me incredibly helpful.

Very quick to give me a quote. Made arrangements for collection of items to me moved . They arrived right on time as promised. Cheerful and friendly service and quickly moved the items Would definitely use this company again

Broke the bottom oven door on delivery, removed broken glass & frame (no communication on how they would rectify the issue) said they would send a video of them dismantling the bed I’ve contacted them numerous times to which I’ve been ignored. Only delivered the majority of it to the bottom of my upper floor flat at the time. Friendly enough people just wish they could rectify the issues caused,

Can’t fault them, washing machine picked up from Sunderland to go to Cramlington, agreed price and date and time which was convenient for me. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected change to make but they agreed to it at the last minute and expected a small extra charge which was fine. Fab service, will def be using them again. Thanks again

Absolutely lovely team. Very patient and adaptable. They moved us into our new house on am incredibly hot day, making it very hard. They never lost their positive outlook and really helped my stress levels. Am very grateful to them.
