Good communication, clear on steps & on time

Damian supplied and fitted the radiator, quickly and at a reasonable price. Arrived on time, and everything working OK. Thanks, will keep in mind for my next job.

Damian fit a new downstairs toilet inc macerator and sink. He has done a great job, very pleased. He came back to address a separate issue on short notice. Would recommend.

Came to fix toilet leak which didn’t resolve it yet paid for the fixing, suppose to come back again to fix, arranged for afternoon, didn’t come at time agreed then ignored my calls. my niece contacted him (he answered as was different number) she checked he was definitely coming and he told her yes between 6 and 7. Waited n waited but didn’t turn up, very let down and am elderly and I trusted him. extremely poor service, clearly didn’t want to come n fix, he couldn’t even let me know that he wasn’t coming. Would not recommend him

Damien provided a great service. He replied very quickly to my enquiry and came out quickly to fit new taps in my bathroom sink and a new shower unit. I'm very happy with the end result.
