10 Damp proofing

Craig and Lee attended my property to advise on a problem I was having with damp on my external living room wall. They carried out the work as planned in a timely and professional manner. Craig carried out a pre purchase survey after my home buyers report showed damp in the property. He sorted getting keys from Estate Agent and l had the report within a week of him visiting the property. He also gave me a quote for works and advised l would be given a 10year mortgage backed Insurance approved guarantee.
