Dave serviced my boiler and fixed a radiator. He was wasy to contact over the phone, provided helpful information. On the day, he was prompt, friendly and a very tidy worker. I was especially pleased that he fixed a radiator that I had been told required a power flush and possibly a new radiatior, when in fact, Dave identified the problem as a stuck valve and fixed it in minutes, saving me a great deal of inconvenience and cost.
