  Install new fire doors and some remedial on fire doors

  Daran recently completed a job on my block of flats, installing new fire doors where needed and some remedial work. Daran was reliable, curteous and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Daran a100%,,and i will be using him again in the future projects.

  Updating our front door to comply with fire regulations in our flat.

  Daran replied very quickly to our initial request. He phoned and explained in detail after asking me questions about our existing door and what was needed. We agreed a price and arranged a date mutual to both of us. Daran arrived on time and completed the work in the time he stated it would take. He told us if we needed him to come back at any time he would. As it happens we had a couple of minor problems and without hesitation he was with back sorting out the problem. Daran is nice man to do business with. He definitely puts his customers first. I would recommend him to anyone.

  Remedial work on two fire doors.

  Following a new fire risk assessment remedial work was necessary to two fire doors, these being the front doors to two adjacent flats off a communal stairway. We needed new fire rated hinges, door closers, intumescent strips and letter boxes. I provided Daran with the relevant extract from the report upon which his quotation was based, then we agreed a mutually convenient date with our tenants and the contractor for the work to be carried out. Daran was on time, had all the necessary kit and the job was done in one day with a slight saving on the original quote. I would recommend Daran.
