Prompt response to my initial contact, timely site visit for quotation, competitive quote and work schedule early. Mr Plumridge and his team were friendly, punctual, tidy and have given us a beautiful patio and pergola in under a week. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Paul, Mike and Louis did a great job replacing/extending our drive with cobble-effect pavers, during some incredibly hot weather! The job took a little longer than planned, and there was a small misunderstanding around what had been included in the quote (which was quickly resolved), but the end product was worth the wait and additional cost was avoided. Paul was great at keeping us updated on things, and at suggesting ideas, and all 3 guys were very polite. There were some minor snags which were addressed quickly. All in all a great job and we would have no hesitation in recommending Darren.

We have used Darren Plumridge twice for our front drive and rear patio. His quality of work and workman are second to none, and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Darren came to give us a quote and he impressed us at once by making a number of helpful suggestions to address our issues. The lead in time before work commenced was long because his service is in high demand. The work was carried out within the schedule agreed with Darren and throughout the works the on-site leader kept us informed of progress and involved us whenever there was a hitch or a decision needed to be made. Paul the lead worker ensured that the site was cleared at the end of each day and that we had safe passage to the street. The finish on their work is top notch.

Despite a longer wait, the team — Courtney, George, and Harrison — were exceptional, with attention to every detail. The Bradstone Cobblestones look stunning, and the site was left spotless. Highly recommend them — you won’t be disappointed!

From start to finish, communication with Darren was spot on – always quick and efficient. The team on site were polite, tidy, and genuinely lovely to have around.
