David Parratt (DP) recently carried out the exterior painting of my house, an old property, which is not easy. A lot to do and not just straight forward painting but making good as well. He pays great attention to detail. He is tidy. He is sensible and approachable. His work is excellent. I am exceedingly pleased with the finished work and highly recommend him.

I can't recommend DP Landscaping and Property Maintenance highly enough. Thanks to David's hard work and great attention to detail, I am delighted with the outcome of the fencing/landscaping project he undertook at the front of my property. David listened carefully to my requirements; he was thorough, tidy, professional, and unfazed as he single-handedly navigated several challenges, one of which was underground pipework, to ensure he achieved what I requested. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

David is a very hard worker, come rain or shine and completed a fabulous job on our patio. His attention to detail is second to none and he is always great at communicating with us and cleaning up after the work.

Dave has completed a number of big projects for us in the past which we are thrilled with, this job was a lot smaller but Dave approaches it with the same attention to detail, professionalism and care as always.
