  Fast efficient. Excellent and friendly service. Came out within and hour to assess our old boiler. A new boiler was fitted the next day. The 2 engineers were brilliant in their communication and recommendations. Would highly recommend.

  Replaced waste pipes under kitchen sink

  Merrick turned up as agreed and was, once again, absolutely brilliant - I cannot fault him. He resolved a drainage issue I have had for nearly 8 years and achieved a perfect solution I had not imagined, let alone thought possible. He has done 3 jobs for me now and each time he has been neat, tidy, punctual and polite. I recommend him without hesitation.

  Merrick was very professional and worked very well to setup the system. Even offered to run to the shops to grab some parts I was missing so everything was properly set. Great workmaship, highly recommended.

  Boiler installation and replaced valves for underfloor heating

  Merrick did a fantastic job in replacing our boiler and fixing a valve for our underfloor heating. He ensured that everything was done and identified a problem with the wiring of my pump which he fixed and included within the original quote, despite the extra time and effort. His quote was around half that of some of the other quotes and he was happy to use the boiler I had purchased, at substantially less than prices I'd been quoted too. I can't recommend him highly enough and will be the first person I call for any future heating and plumbing work.
