Really appreciated how quickly the work started and am happy they where available with a short notice given and completed whinin two weeks.

Never got an answer

The job was accepted and initially the communication was really good. I then queried a part of the job and was informed my details has been passed on for someone to come to my property to check. Since then I've heard nothing. I sent a message to ask what was happening and have been ignored. This situation is frustrating as you turn down other companies who were prepared to do the work but now have no availability. Shame as the other reviews were excellent, so not sure why my request has now been completely ignored.
