Never got an answer

The job was accepted and initially the communication was really good. I then queried a part of the job and was informed my details has been passed on for someone to come to my property to check. Since then I've heard nothing. I sent a message to ask what was happening and have been ignored. This situation is frustrating as you turn down other companies who were prepared to do the work but now have no availability. Shame as the other reviews were excellent, so not sure why my request has now been completely ignored.

I required the remedy and completion of LVT herringbone flooring in my open plan kitchen and hallway. Daniel offered different options for the job, and reassured me that the problems caused by the original tradesman could be fixed. He did a great job, the floor looks amazing. He was efficient, knowledgeable and completed the job to a high standard.
