I'm a little reluctant to tell everyone just how good this company is because they might not be available when I need them next time as everyone will be booking the team! However, as excellent service and customer care are so rare these days, I want to give credit where it's due. I asked for a quote on my bathroom renovation. I collected 3 quotes and met 3 very different companies. D.Parker Heating and Plumbing was not the cheapest contender but certainly the company I instinctively trusted were capable of doing the job well. I wasn't wrong! Excellent all round. 5 Star plus. David has not only done an incredible job for me installing my new boiler, but also, it was done with as little upheaval as possible. He took so much care when carrying out the work. And once it was completed there was literally no mess. I would 100% recommend him to everyone and I am already getting quotes for more work to be done.

Annual service on the boiler and replacing some parts.

Another year David has done the annual gas and boiler service in the flat we are renting out. He also replaced a few pieces that needed it. As usual, job well done and finished on time and mannger.

Boiler leak rectified

We became aware that our boiler was leaking. We called David Taylor who came that day, examined the boiler and found that a tube had split. He shut down the appliance, ordered a replacement part and returned to install this two days later. Everything now works smoothly.

Boiler not firing up.

Boiler wasn’t working so no heating in the house. David came out same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back the next day to fix it. Even though he was fully booked with appointments, he came to us at the end of his working day and worked to 9pm to give us heating. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David, very organised, always arrives on time and excellent at his job!
