Joe will be my "go to" plumber from now on. He provided an exceptional service and at a very very reasonable price. As well as replacing the valve in the mixer tap he solved the issue with the water not being hot enough in the bath due to an incorrect installation. This has been ongoing for 7 years and a couple of plumbers failed to identify the problem.
