I am extremely sorry you felt that I was not responsive enough to your request for a quote and that you felt let down on multiple occasions. During my visit to you on Tuesday 21st March, I informed you that I was going away on 30th March, so I would try to get the quote to you over the weekend of the 25th March but by Wednesday 29th March at the latest. Your email and phone call on Tuesday 28th March was the only time you had to chase me, and during this call I confirmed again that I would get the information to you by the 29th March before I went away, which is when I sent it. I hoped that during those communications that timeframes were made clear. I am the owner of the company and work 6 days a week doing the hard landscaping so my time to do quotes is generally in the evenings and/or Sundays therefore, I try to set clear expectations about when I am able to provide the quote from the outset. I apologise if this was not understood.
