Richard and his colleague were very helpful about the time they’d arrive, giving me half an hour’s warning so I could be at home, and arrived promptly. They diagnosed the problem speedily, sorted it out and charged for only one hour’s labour. They were expert and honest in equal measure, explaining everything clearly along the way. I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending to others.
