Super speedy response, strong communication & the work completed satisfactorily. Very organised. Pleasant people to deal with.

Called Down to Earth to check failed sockets. They tested thoroughly and traced the problem to a faulty hidden junction box in the sub floor. All fixed efficiently, including removing a potential fire risk. Very happy - they will be my first call for any future electrical work.

Richard was quick to reply to my messages and was able to come out and fix the issue very promptly. Great communication before and on the day, calling just before arrival. Quickly knew the issue and how to fix it for us. Zero mess left. If you need an electrician I couldn’t recommend Richard enough, we will definitely be using him again in the future!

Came right when they said they would and did a fantastic job! The issue with our outlets not working was sorted quickly, and they even did some other minor safety fixes and replaced a few of our outlet covers. They were very also friendly. Would highly recommend!
