Understood our needs, quoted sensibly, explained what had to be done, carried out work as planned and on time

Phil and the team are professional, trustworthy and will do the work to a high standard. As a family business, you know you are dealing with people who care about the work and ensure you are pleased with the work. I have used them on many occasions and found they have delivered a first class service every time.

A full roof repair was required. I was given a quote and information as to what would be done. The work was carried out with professionalism and the workmen were happy to answer my questions. The finished job was neat and tidy. I am really pleased with the outcome and would use this company again.

A big project for us, extending our kitchen, requiring knocking out walls, structural steels, building more walls/roofing, plumbing/electrical and fitting of flooring and kitchen, as well as provision of a toilet/washer/dryer room. Phil has been fantastic to work with, his direct team and all his subcontractors all really know their stuff and just as importantly have all been a pleasure to have in our house! Clear upfront costs, happy to oblige all our little requests throughout. Easy to recommend!

A number of roof tiles were blown off in recent storms. I called them on Sunday and they attended early Monday morning and gave estimate. They sourced and purchased new slate tiles. They attended next day and affixed new tiles. They also carried out further repairs on the roof and did not charge for the extra work. They were pleasant to deal with and very competent . I would definitely use them again.

Understandably at this time of year the weather can delay the start or finish of jobs but once the work began the team worked brilliantly. They were very nice guys polite hardworking and constantly tidied up as they went. I was very impressed with the finish and look of my new roof and guttering. The job also involved plastering the room and Downsview arranged for a plasterer to come immediately the roof was finished meaning there was no waiting for the work to be completed. A superb result all round.
