Downside Builders carried out a kitchen extension for us and made several internal changes — moving the front door to the front of the house, moving the staircase, reconfiguring internal walls, and fitting both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. We’re really pleased with the end result! A big thank you to Stuart and the team. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they worked hard to keep things as clean and disruption-free as possible. Would highly recommend them.

Downside provide a professional and friendly service. Planning from start to finish was carried our perfectly ensuring that stages of the job transitioned flawlessly. The tradesmen are all kind and courteous and offer advise and a solution approach. The final build is excellent and we couldn't be more pleased with the result which was completed in the time frame given. We would highly recommend Downside and thank the team for their work.

Downside were a great company to use for our big bungalow conversion with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and downstairs renovation. They supported us through difficult planning and the whole downside team were friendly/ supportive especially with having two small children. They worked at pace. Would recommend to others.

Downside were great. They came to me on a recommendation from a colleague and I am very happy we went with them. They were diligent and very quick. They are a well put together team and seamless between the phases of the build. I would only say that the roofers could have been a bit tidier but I guess thats the nature of the job. Would definitely recommend them and if we were to do more work we would be calling them immediately.
