EV Charger installed. Quality of work was excellent, but what really stood out was how responsive and organised the quoting / order / admin side of things was. A quick face time call to show the team where everything was allowed them to quote instantly and get me booked in. I'll definitely be using the team again for future work!

Would recommend using Down light without any hesitation. Excellent communication through the quoting and booking stage. The electrician arrived spot on the time given - as this was Jan 2nd, we were especially impressed! All the work was completed as stated in a thorough and spotlessly clean way and he was able to advise on a couple of other issues at the same time. We contracted Downlight Electrical to supply and install extractor fans in each of our two bathrooms. The lady who took our call (Ellie) understood what we needed and arranged a very satisfactory quote which we accepted. She was then able to arrange for the work to be caried out at a date which suited us well. The engineer came on time. He was friendly and helpful, and we were very satisfied with his standard of work. We are pleased with our new fans and with the whole experience of working with Downlight. We can strongly recommend this company.
