Excellent service in all respects. Competitive price, engineer arrived on time, was professional and courteous and delivered exactly as promised. Was happy to explain what he was doing so I could learn how to deal with future issues myself. No hesitation in recommending this company.

We contracted Downlight Electrical to supply and install extractor fans in each of our two bathrooms. The lady who took our call (Ellie) understood what we needed and arranged a very satisfactory quote which we accepted. She was then able to arrange for the work to be caried out at a date which suited us well. The engineer came on time. He was friendly and helpful, and we were very satisfied with his standard of work. We are pleased with our new fans and with the whole experience of working with Downlight. We can strongly recommend this company.

Tom was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived exactly on time and fitted the new extractor fan in double quick time. He even straightened out the existing plastic vent pipe so the new extractor would work more efficiently. Will definitely use Downlight again and recommend to anyone who asks.

John fitted a new extract fan and rehung an electric radiator. He did a good job and tolerated my standing next to him and chatting to him well.
