  Bathroom refit

  The team arrived, friendly guys,on time,ready to give my small Bathroom a make over. One of the hottest days. Not the easiest of bathrooms, to work on. They cleared all the old bathroom into the skip,ready to move pipes,dig up the floor, preparing the walls,ceiling and floor,for the New Bathroom. Designed by Bobby,his design gave us more space,he worked hard to trying and give us plenty of storage. Advice on tiles,toilet and shower. Everything arrived from the supplier.Ready for each stage. Each day followed on,the electrician came,and set the wiring ready,then the plastering,then a few days break for the drying,then the tiler. Then the refit,Bobby & Jack, put the shower in,the cupboards,sink and toilet. All fitted perfectly. The Electrian connected everything. Wow !! Just the painting to do on the untiled walls, and the ceiling. Then l was told decorating wasn't on the Quote. My mistake,l must read things more carefully. l wasn't offered a decorator,and pay extra. It's such a shame,as it's taken the shine off, what was a well organised experience.

  I've used Dove Stream now on quite a few occasions now for boiler servicing and a number of plumbing issues. They do an excellent job and always arrive on time. Since Claire has been involved the liaison has gone up a notch.

  Second review I have left. Exceptional service, came out on a Sunday to sort a leak which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Both jack and Bobby have been brilliant, considering the hassle my shower has given, which was out of their control. Excellent communication, replied even late at night with a problem I had, which I feel bad for. Cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely brilliant, friendly service. 10/10

  3 port valve fitting

  Quick reply on a Sunday evening to then carry out the work before Monday midday. Cannot complain with the speed and quality of service.
