Darren was great, first off quoted so much cheaper than others. He arrived and found the Oven wasn’t a standard oven, he tried a few different elements with no joy. Then he remembered a previous job with a similar element. Managed to source one and came back two days later. Communication was great, work was fast and will be using again if needed. SP6

He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the new part and subsequently returned to fit it. Good work, good communicator, tidy operator and came across as trustworthy..
