Paul was so unbelievably helpful. I’d been having a problem with 3 of my sash windows for ages and finding it difficult to find someone who would be able to repair them. I was given Paul’s details and described the problem over messages, from which he gave me an estimated price and then agreed a time to pop by. Once here he looked over everything and said that actually they weren’t going to be a difficult repair and that he could fix them there and then! Needed large picture window replaced where class had fogged. The company came quite some distance and measured up, quoted me a very reasonable price to supply and fit a made to measure new double glazed unit. New hinges required for an aging UPVC door. Paul fitted the hinges. He was very methodical and took his time making sure everything was done properly. If anything, the door is swinging more freely than it did before one of the hinges broke. Paul knows his business inside out.
