Martin was excellent. He kept me informed of progress and completed the job expertly . Martin was very helpful particularly with the setting up and controls of my new TV. The TV looks great on the wall with no cables in sight. I am delighted with this job.

The company communicated well both before and during the 2 days it took to complete the job. They were punctual & methodical & all work was completed within the time span quoted. They had patience in describing how to operate and get the best out of the system and left the work area clean and tidy. All in all a competent and professional company with a positive attitude.

We very much appreciated Martin. He removed the old television from a wall recess and mounted the new television with a better bracket. He was efficient and meticulous in what he did. He was also very helpful in setting up the TV making sure that it was perfectly central in the wall recess. A helpful and friendly service. We thoroughly recommend him.

Martin was absolutely exceptional in the installation of a 98 inch TV and Sonos wall and ceiling speakers all connected to the designated AV cupboard and the additional bracket installation to two other large TVs. Meticulous attention to precise measurements and levels, the connecting of all AV equipment using top end cabling. Tidy, timely and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend Martin and LMS Audio Visual.

Martin was Fantastic, after having 2 company’s out who said they couldn’t do the installation and another 3 company’s not turning up, Martin at Dorset Tv Installers went the extra mile and got our tv fixed onto the wall on a Saturday morning after calling on Friday evening! I can’t recommend this company enough, great work and I’m so grateful to be able to watch tv again!
