  Installation of new water main - Dorset Drainage Services did a very good job.

  Dorset Drainage Services Ltd laid the new pipe from where Wessex Water put the new connection at the property boundary. They did a very good job moling the new barrier pipe down a steep incline, under a soakaway and main sewage drain without any issues. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently, easily passing inspection by Wessex Water - DDS are a WaterSafe approved company for laying mains water, so this made the process simpler. Also Tony and Andy were always responsive to phonecalls and emails. Would thoroughly recommend DDS.

  Outstanding brick edging – neat, tidy and very professional job

  We recently had some brick edging work carried out and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship. The job was completed to a very high standard, the finish is neat and precise, and the attention to detail really shows. The work was carried out exactly as agreed, the site was kept tidy, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. It’s clear that a lot of care and pride goes into the work, which is not always easy to find these days. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality brickwork.

  Excellent service to fix my water supply leak

  I contacted Dorset Drainage Services (UK) ltd to investigate and repair a leak on my water supply pipe. They responded promptly and identified that the leak was coming from the fittings on my property side that Wessex Water installed when my water meter was installed a few years ago. The team that attended were courteous and neet and tidy. They excavated , found the problem, tightened the fittings and reinstated after proving to my satisfaction that the leak had been fixed. From initial enquiry to fixing the problem has been smooth and efficient. thanks to Andy and the site crew.

  Reliable company to locate and repair underground leak

  Dave and Tavis arrived punctuality were polite and worked hard all day to locate and repair the underground leak in our field. They were very thorough in making sure there were no further leaks. I would highly recommend using this company.

  It can recommend this company without reservation. The service from the original issue was dealt with great customer service. The staff that attended could not have been more helpful and professional. The work was carried out with care and consideration. A company to be proud of. Thank you.
