Although he turned up later than expected he had phoned to let me know. A previous job had overrun but at 6.45 he still turned up.i scored 10 because of the reliability. He was so hard working. Did a really thorough job clearing and advised me how to allow better access and modify my decking. At the end he also discussed my problems with my soakaways and the solution. He also gave me the solution to the rainwater that can collect on a path. He never showed any impatience or signs he wanted to get home.
