Dave has completed all the work we agreed upon, and he will begin another project next week. I am very happy with everything.

The wood flooring has been laid without any issues..  the skirting however gave not been fitted correctly, gaps everywhere and corners are not flush.  He also made a hole in the plaster under the stairs and did not tell me.  He has not completed the floor as expected, the wood beams have not been fit and inbetween rooms there are gaps between the flooring.  He has also left all the rubbish, the old floor etc in the back garden, even though he quoted to remove this.  There was a dispute with unfisinhed work and he became aggressive and I had to contact the authorities.

Mark was excellent, great price, absolutely perfectionist takes pride in his work asked if he would fit a new front door for me but he was completely honest and said there is nothing wrong with the door it just needs a coat of paint being a pensioner he saved me at least £X, a great honest tradesman, would highly recommend to anyone.

Known him for 6/7 years and recommended to so many people over the years. Good worker, lovely lad, clean, tidy. Very nice with customers and just gets on with job.

Mark is a lovely man, his work is superb. I would recommend with no hesitation. Good manners, professional, cleans up after himself and a pleasure to have around.
