so I'd had 2 previous plumbers over and both had quoted me for a new boiler at 3 grand. I tried Don for my 3rd and final quote and I couldn't believe how much effort he was putting in to try and solve the issue and save me money on a new boiler. he could have easily ripped me off as I know nothing about plumbing. Within 30 mins he found and solved the issue. Most importantly he literally saved me thousands!! what a nice friendly guy too. I strongly recommended this guy.

Don wrang to let us know he was on his way and although I was not present for Don's visit but my partner said he was polite and let her know about everything he was having to do to do the job; he even showed concern for our cats because he had to do some cutting. He left the bathrooms as if he hadn't been and the work was clean and tidy. We will definitely recommend Don to family and friends who need work in the future.

We couldnt get cover on our home insurance & had no hot water& heating due to maintainance reasons. We connected with Don & though he was fully booked he offered to pass by after his booked jobs. Don came over after a few hours whilst awaiting another job. He was great from start to finish. We were so stressed & worried as we also have young kids & school starting tomorrow. He explained at great lengths what he thought was wrong at the same time offering solutions & saving us a lot of money. He managed to fix the issue, super tidy, friendly & humble. Definately recomend him & booking him again
