Fantastic service, I called Don on the Tuesday. WhatsApp a photo over to him, and arranged a time on Thursday morning. He text me a quote and a time he would be there. On his way, he called to tell me know exactly what time he'd arrive. He was fast, efficient and really friendly and did an excellent job. Don was very quick to respond to my enquiry, and was happy to accept the job and come on a day that was convenient. Our leak was in an awkward spot it was where the sink waste joined the toilet waste. It was all boxed in behind boarding and a cupboard and we were convinced the W/C would need to come out to repair. However Don was able to come up with a solution that was far less disruptive by cutting a small hole in the back of cupboard. He was happy to do another small job of resealing the bath and offer advice on other plumbing issues in the house. I would recommend and use him again.
