  Great service. Visited property very quickly to take a look at the problem. Knew instantly that the door mechanism for the dishwasher wasn’t locking properly, hence dishwasher not turning on. Ordered part quickly and fixed it within the week. Very happy with fix, communicated effectively and cost was reasonable.

  Doncho replaced my washing machine door seal.

  I first contacted Doncho in June of last year but due to various personal and financial issues I was only able to get the work done today. He has been incredibly patient with me and communication has been brilliant even to the point of politely messaging me at 11.30pm last night to remind me that I had not given him my address - WHOOPS! That WOULD help!!! He was clean and tidy within his working area and was even going to cover his shoes until I told him that it was not necessary in my home. He was sociable but professional and offered some advise for cheaper machine cleaning maintenance.

  Donchev was quick to communicate, diagnose the issue & offered solutions and has fixed our issue with the dishwasher. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for help with their machines.
