10 Full house refurbishing

When we first got the house it needed loads of work starting from scratch. The person in charge not only did he listen to our wants and needs but also he gave us a timeline which he stuck to it. Don and his helper arrived slightly late, but did let me know about delay, so it was fine. Work done well, tidy, polite and took all the old unit and rubbish away with them. I should add this was a difficult job to get a quote for. Don has been exceptional, courteous and very professional, I have used him for the first time but he is very prompt. He went out his way to get the materials, and I felt he wanted to do the extra mile, which is so helpful for me. Also he went and did the work on a Sunday. Great person.
