Hi.my name is Dr Paul I.paid £14500 for a.gate and bought 7 fobs to..open the gate however.some of fobs.develop did.not work I have.phoned the .company.manager.at least 25 times.to.ask.him.sort.this problem.out.not.one call.as.been.ansered he change one £80 then.2 more.became faulty. ONE THAY.colleted 5.weeks.ago.but have.not.returned. it 1 more as faulted.and.my family. are now suffering abuse from other car users.who.cant get.pas.them because ther fobs don't work my daughter. Is a nurse.and.dous.not deserve this abuse not the best ot customer care.I hope.thay can. Sort.after this bad rev

A very pleasant service engineer called to complete the annual service to the existing cctv system which was fitted by Doncaster Alarm's (not repair). He was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful which was great as I am elderly with heating and sight issues. Very thankful.

Great Guys and a Great Job. Dale and colleague popped to my house as my electric gate had stopped working and I was unable to get my car out of the drive. By the time I saw they had arrived, it was done. The gate had come off one of its wheels - disaster averted. Thanks for being kind, polite and efficient. I also got them to service the gate whilst they were here. Excellent price and highly recommended

Unfortunately, despite an appointment time being agreed, there was no show and no communication since. Very strange!

Stewart was very friendly and professional in his work. He answered any questions I had and explained what he was doing as he went along.

Doncaster Alarms supplied and fitted my CCTV system with the minimal fuss. Both installers where polite, clean and tidy workmanship. Nothing was to much trouble. They demonstrated the system and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with everything and the workmanship. The system is excellent. I can highly recommend Doncaster Alarms for all you security needs.
