It was a difficult job as the plumbing was hidden behind tiled walls. Only one tile was carefully taken out below the sink and the wall-hanged toilet removed. Once the source of the leak was identified, the defectuous part was immediately replaced. Gary then reinstalled the toilet and the missing tile with great attention to detail. The place was left as it was before his intervention. Excellent work
