  They contacted me and arranged to visit next day.Arrived early. We described our concern that at the end of the cycle the compartment for the fabric conditioner was part filled with water/comfort solution. He cleaned out the dispenser compartment and ran a short programme to check it. He then suggested that it might need a new water dispensing unit and he would do that for the cost of the parts, as the labour had already been included in the call out charge.

  We were given a first class service. Job required two attendances, firstly to get to the bottom of the problem and order the part needed, and then a week later and absolutely on schedule the second visit to complete the repair. The investigation was thorough, Sajmir worked his socks off, and was polite throughout. and the cost was reasonable
