  Really great - I don’t understand much about washing machines but Samir explained everything and outlined our options clearly without pressure, so I felt like I could make decisions in my own time with all the relevant information. Definitely knows his stuff. Very professional and friendly service, would recommend

  Diagnosed the issue straight away and ordered the part there and then, called once the part had arrived to arrange a day and time to fit the part - all very seamless, friendly, professional and would definitely use again

  Washing machine fault diagnosis

  When pulling the integrated washing machine out of the recess he scratched the surface of an adjacent panel. The panel could easily have been removed prior to extraction of the washer. Apart from that rather major issue, the diagnosis was thorough and although no solution was found he took the time to explain the problem and look into repair costs
