  Domestic tech Limited arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine. He summarised our options and was able to give a reasonable estimate for price and timescale to carry out the necessary repair. Due to the age of the machine and the cost of a replacement motor we opted instead to replace the machine.

  Electric oven - replaced control board

  Had a fault with a Neff electric oven whereby the cooling fan wouldn’t switch off automatically after use. Sajmir attended a call out at a convenient time and diagnosed the issue, ordered replacement part, and attended again a few days later to fit it. Communication was good throughout and left a tidy work area. Would use again for faulty appliances.

  Samihr repaired my Samsung refrigerator, which wasn’t cooling properly, quickly and professionally. The booking process was smooth, and the issue was fixed within a few hours of contacting him. During the same visit, he also checked my dishwasher and got it working again.

  I recently had some problems with my washing machine door I contacted this company and Samhir came out the same day to have a look at it for me. He was friendly and talked me through the whole process and explained the issue and arranged to come back later in the week to fit the new part . Clearly knowledgeable and found the problem very quickly Would definitely recommend this company for appliance repair .
