  Telephone call in the motrning, arrived at 4pm and both replacemen bathroom fans completed by 6pm. I would use them again.

  They contacted us on the same day the enquiry was made and arranged an appointment for a very short time afterwards. Arrived when they said they would and carried out the job, which was to fix the switch on an electric fire for my elderly dad. Polite and professional. Absolutely great job.

  Samir was very courteous and professional. Carried out the electrical installation work very promptly and tidily. Was honest enough to say that the second fault finding job I had booked him in for would take some difficult investigation after a preliminary look and therefore he did not charge me for it.

  They came to give me an estimate , instead, Samhi ( sorry if spelling wrong) but instead, he took some coals off the fire, squirted it with WD 40, looked at it for another minute, out the coals back and said he had fixed it, Of course it was not fixed, then wanted to charge me £96. I only wanted an estimate, I gave him £50, and that was against my will, he said he would have a word with his boss, I phoned him the next day, he said he was busy and would phone me back. He never did. I phoned his company, left a message and they too never returned my call. Absolutely rubbish Co.
