Mark came to fit my Platinum stair lift yesterday, he was spot on time, polite, helpful and obviously competent in hs work. He carried it all out in a courteous and friendly manner and explained everything to me, including a couple of "test drives" so I knew how to use it. It has given me a new lease of life as I was having frequent falls on the stairs and hated having to go up and down on crutches. Can't recommend the engineer, company and product enough. Charles

Would not reccomend, blatant disregard for human safety, the fact this person fits accessories to help the infirm is laughable they could have killed someone.
