Mark came to fit my Platinum stair lift yesterday, he was spot on time, polite, helpful and obviously competent in hs work. He carried it all out in a courteous and friendly manner and explained everything to me, including a couple of "test drives" so I knew how to use it. It has given me a new lease of life as I was having frequent falls on the stairs and hated having to go up and down on crutches. Can't recommend the engineer, company and product enough. Charles

Would not reccomend, blatant disregard for human safety, the fact this person fits accessories to help the infirm is laughable they could have killed someone.

This company has held the contract to service our two lifts ( internal and external) for my wheelchair user son since 2016. When our internal lift broke down today they told us their staff were not trained to repair our particular lift and gave us the out of hours contact number for the council housing maintenance which dealt with gas leaks, etc. Despite their staff servicing the lift for all this time. They just left us hanging with my son unable to get to his room and specialist bed.

Very happy with the stair lift.
