Excellent service, reliable and professional, highly recommended. I had 2 visits over 2 years, one for emergency repair, it was prompt and efficient, and, recently, one for boiler service where they went a little above and beyond, helping me to sort out some accompanying issues.

Nicholas was very responsive, quick to act and send the report, which was very thorough. He sent pictures and called me when at the property to discuss potential issues. He is evidently very knowledgeable about his profession. I am very happy with the service.

I contacted Nicholas when I discovered an issue with the boiler and he agreed to take a look that same afternoon. Nicholas explained the call out cost clearly and arrived early. He easily identified the issue and explained it to me. Nicholas was able to get the parts needed that day and returned to fix the issue.
