Able to source the problem and came up with alternative solution

Very happy with the service that has been carried out - on a friendly, approachable yet professional manner. I had fast response for my request, the engineer was punctual and did the job quickly. Everything has been double checked for safety and all steps were explained, would definitely recommend this company!

Magun has been fantastic from the start. He called me not long after submitting my job on Checkatrade. His communication was clear from the start and gave me some basic safety advice before booking the appointment. He arrived on the time he stipulated and was very helpful in reassuring me with a possible heating element fault. Thank you for all your help! 10/10!!

Failed to repair an induction hob and warming drawer, leaving a very large bill for time and parts. Hob completely broken, having started with just 1 dead zone. We had to buy a new hob for £1000 having also paid for failed repairs. Warming drawer still broken after fitting a part costing £215 and no refund. He is refusing any refund or resonsibility for failed repairs. We are left with a bill for £994 for parts that have failed to fix the repairs and he appears to have given up on trying to sucessfully repair these.

Excellent communication - called within 30 minutes of submitting enquiry even outside of standard working hours and arranged to come round first thing the next morning. Located leak and repaired, electrical tested and made safe everything. Told us what he was doing and spent time explaining what the problem was and any next steps, and was very affordable. Would definitely recommend and use again!!

Communication was clear and efficient, came and measured up the freezer, ordered the part promptly, it arrived quickly and they delivered it to me with instructions on how to fit it myself. Really friendly and helpful.
