Richard and his team helped us with two applications for planning permissions to the local council - one for a front porch and another for a rear canopy. Both applications were approved. Richard and his team carried out a site visit and assessed the situation, prepared drawings and submitted the applications on our behalf. Domenech Designs successfully obtained planning permission for a loft conversion, porch and crossover. They supported us through each stage of the application process. Provided us with planning, structural drawings, party wall agreements etc as well as recommendations of construction workers.
