  Excellent service on planning application and design of a room replacing a conservatory

  Richard at Domenech provided a very good service at a very competitive cost, preparing and submitting plans to the Council for the conversion of our conservatory, in a conservation area, to a permanent room. He also prepared the construction drawings in accordance with building regs and planning conditions. His work was excellent and gave advice across a range of issues connected with the plans and our proposed building works. I would recommend his services.

  Thorough, professional, punctual, pleasant to deal with

  Richard and his team helped us with two applications for planning permissions to the local council - one for a front porch and another for a rear canopy. Both applications were approved. Richard and his team carried out a site visit and assessed the situation, prepared drawings and submitted the applications on our behalf. They were punctual and thorough, very kind and pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend them.

  Domenech Designs successfully obtained planning permission for a loft conversion, porch and crossover. They supported us through each stage of the application process. Provided us with planning, structural drawings, party wall agreements etc as well as recommendations of construction workers. A one stop shop offering professional and reliable services for all projects. Thanks Richard and team!
