  Recently had a stair lift fitted by Dolphin for my elerdy nan. Great service from start to finish. Recommended!

  Repair of stairlift

  Dolphin lifts midlands have YET to repair my dads stairlift this has been going on for 5 yes 5 months!!!  There is an excuse every time we ring my dad has not had a shower in 5 months and is double incontinent apart from other serious health conditions. I am at my wits end they say someone will ring but no I have to ring them to be told the engineer is off today. I’m writing this because come on you are dealing with vulnerable and disabled people how would like it if they hadn’t had a proper wash in 5 months we are in 2023 not cave men.  It’s absolutely abysmal . The date above is wrong .

  Stairlift Still not fitted

  Stairlift ordered 10 weeks ago, still no sign of it. Staff at the office are not helpful, don't call back and generally don't know what's going on but don't care either !! Its a 2 week wait, when ever you call, at 6 weeks, 8 weeks or 10 weeks. So I feel that 2 weeks will never come. Utterly disappointed

  We have a through the floor lift installed by Dolphin lifts Midlands.

  We have the above lift from Dolphin and have it serviced every year. Last year in June 2022 the service guy came out and said we needed a engineer to come and look at the lift to get it repaired, and they would be in touch the nest day with an appointment. November came before they contacted us for it to be repaired. Then on the day they were due to arrive, we waited in at day and at 4pm we had a call saying they couldn’t make because the engineer was running behind? We are now in the middle of February 2023 and 4 times now they haven’t turned up excuse’s constantly from them.

  Installing stair lift

  The stairlift was installed very quickly as it was quite urgent, the service was really good, from the Gentleman who came to quote znd measure up to the fitters who came out, (very polite and tidy) to the lady in the office, cant speak highly enough of this Comany and would be very pleased to refer anyone to them.
