Really professional. Great communication. Did such a great job. Sent pics and videos of it working as requested and even straightened the cabinet that was originally maligned to make good. Cleaned up after. Great value. Would recommend. And will use them again.

Brilliant service from Jay who repaired extractor fan in bathroom. The fan needed to be replaced and he bought a new one, installed it. Very responsive, easy and quick communication and quality service. Would recommend and will be using them again!

I went through Check a Trader and spoke to three electricians about the job with varying levels of engagement. Jay was great - followed up, was upfront on costs and work needed, and actually checked back with me. He didn’t make a meal of the job prior to his visit and when he came to work he was professional, tidy and friendly. The fan is now installed and works and he sent through detailed certification straight away. A breath of fresh air (for me and the shower!). Jay is now our go-to spark. Really recommend!
