  Stephen came out to conduct a EICR certificate that I needed to sell my rental property.

  Stephen was the first to reply on my enquiry on Checkatrade. it was a reasonable price and he was able to do the job swiftly. On completion I was sent an invoice and the certificate arrived moments after I had made payment. Stephens communication was excellent and he did exactly what I asked him to do in a timely and cost effective manner. I couldn't ask for any more.

  Safety checking RCD and cooker/hob. Replacing floodlight.

  Arrived on agreed day and checked over cooker wiring as well as wall socket. All OK. Tested and re-certified RCD and the fitted new security light. All done professionally. Would use again.

  Three extractor fans fitted in limestone cottage.

  Stephen carried out work on three extractor fans in my house: installing bathroom and utility extractor fans where there were previously none, and converting the kitchen hob extractor fan (initially just pulled steam off the hob and into the room and now this is sent outside). Stephen came out to look at the house and give a quote in a timely manner. I sought other quotes too but Stephen, by far, was the most reasonably priced. The work then took place a few weeks later. Stephen spent the day installing these fans and was considerate whilst in the house.
