Quick to make initial quote, but then took forever to get hold of. Sent someone out to measure up and then radio silence. chased via email a couple of times, they called once promising a quote by the end of the day but never recieved and a month later still nothing from them. Very strange, we have now taken our business elsewhere.

I have been in contact with this company for two months, they have measured up a new window and I have agreed to their quote. since then I have sent multiple emails and messages over the last 3 weeks to establish a start date for the works. I have never received a reply or explanation since. A strange way to treat potential new customers.

The work was completed to a very high standard and the builders left the place tidy. I would highly recommend Dodeca.

We are very pleased with the door. There was good communication from Sara throughout. We were kept informed as to who was going turn up and when (and they all turned up as promised). Work completed to our satisfaction and all of the team who worked on the door were hard working, polite and worked to a high standard. Although this was a dirty job (lots of brick dust), the mess was kept to a minimum and all bricks and debris promptly removed. Overall I would recommend Sara’s team.

Excellent job particularly given the trying weather conditions. Kept us all aware of lead in times for different parts of the job. Where difficulties arose they took the time to resolve them properly rather than go for a quick fix. Very satisfied with the job and will use Dodeca again.

Dodeca have replaced all my windows and changed my front door to a composite door and I’m really pleased with the result. Looks like a new house! Sara and the team were efficient, informative and the prices were great. No hesitation in recommending them.
