New central heating boiler.

Luke came to our rescue when our old boiler packed up. He was quick to give us a quote and very quickly booked a date for the installation. Always on time working to a high standard, cleaning up daily and keeping us informed of progress.

Kitchen tap intallation

Booked Luke over the phone to install a new kitchen tap that we had bought. He got the job done efficiently and quickly. On turning the cold water back on he detected a hidden leak under the kitchen unit by the stop valve. He could have just left this and we would have been none the wiser but he did the decent thing and investigated further, even though this was not part of the original job. He then had to deal with various problems relating to the way the original installation had been done which took a couple of hours, all without any complaint. I'd give him 11 if I could!

Replacement boiler

Luke provided us with an accurate quote listing all materials, cost and time to complete work. Luke replaced our old boiler and upgraded a radiator in our utility room with all the necessary components required to meet current standards. Luke’s standard of work was of the highest quality working professionally and tidily keeping us informed with each stage of the job. We would highly recommend Luke to anyone needing this type of tradesman.

Leaking Water Pipes

We gave Luke a call after discovering leaking pipes beneath our sink, he advised us to turn off the water and planned to visit us the next morning. He arrived on time to our house, found the cause of the leak which had been caused by poor quality work carried out previously, and replaced the faulty parts. We could not be happier with Luke’s work, his communication was great, he is extremely knowledgable and only advised us to replace parts which were faulty. We would recommend him to anyone!
