Dockland property maintenance contacted me almost straight away after logging the job request: Availability was excellent and they managed to get to my property first thing in the morning and fix the issue. Great professional guy, answered my query straight away and was at my house within the time stated. My washing machine couldn’t be fixed( old machine) but he didn’t charge for a call out, as agreed it would be cheaper to purchase a new one. Job location: CM16Dockland property maintenance ltd done an amazing job fixing the hot water in my upstairs and downstairs bathroom, haven’t had it this good since I first moved in and have had several people come and try resolve the issue. Would definitely use again, if needed.10 Fantastic work very reliable would recommend

Job location: CM14I had Docklands property maintenance attend my property to carry out some work I needed The gentleman installed new taps in my kitchen, which was leaking for the last few months done a fantastic job very polite young man ….. and why he was in my property he also bled my radiators and checked over the boiler for me which was all in good shape and all good. Would definitely recommend the services. Left his work area tidy and clean before leaving my property.10 recommended
