  Two storey extension

  Dobsons were excellent, we had complete confidence in everything they did. From the outset comms were exemplary with a shared WhatsApp group, constantly monitored. There was never a delay in answers although there were very few Q’s as they were upfront in telling us what was happening & what we needed to know. Project management was seamless & all workmen polite, friendly, talented & a pleasure to have around & they treated the job & our home as if it was their own. It is rare to feel 100% satisfied with any service but there is genuinely no negatives we have. We can’t thank Dobsons enough.

  Rear extension and integral garage

  Dobson built our extension/integral garage earlier this year - we are more than happy with the end results. Workmanship is good, job was completed as agreed to the price agreed & any add ons were priced as we went - there weren't many, as these were things we wanted later, nothing Dobson had missed. We had a couple of delays, mainly due to weather which couldn't be helped. Communication was generally good, couple of days where lads got sent to other jobs, but nothing major. I would recommend Dobson, and would use gain if we had another project.

  Kitchen extension

  Matt and his team did an excellent job with our new kitchen. The quality of the work was exceptional, everyone in the team is very friendly and everything went fairly smoothly even though it usually is a stressful process for most people. I would highly recommend Dobsons for the quality of their services and their competitive prices.

  Cannot praise Dobsons highly enough. Matt was great to deal from start to finish and all his staff are professional, polite, punctual and work to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to use Dobsons for any future work at our Factory.

  Office Fitting Out

  Great team of building contractors

  Dobsons completed a full house renovation in Wakefield for us. The work included removal of structural walls, chimney stacks and some floors, full house rewire, full house replumb, new bathrooms and a new kitchen. The communication with Dobsons was excellent. The quality of work was great. Any challenges were dealt with professionally, clearly communicated and with options/solutions discussed. Working with Dobsons, our house renovation was exciting and rarely stressful. We would (and regularly do) recommend Dobsons to everyone looking for a building contractor.
