Kareem got right back to me and came over the next day. He kept me up to date as he figured out what was wrong, and what options were available. I got a very fair price for the service and all the parts. Really happy with the service, I'll definitely be calling Kareem for my next regular boiler service!

Engineer Karim turned up on time, did the work diligently, and explained everything to me carefully.

Gentleman by the name of Kareem came yesterday to fix our boiler. We had no hot water or heating for 3 days prior and he fixed it. He constantly communicated to us and made sure everything was working before he left. Top service and Top man.

The engineer was really polite and delivered outstanding customer service, I had an old British Gas boiler in my property and I wanted a new boiler but I needed advice, the engineer gave me a few options to choose from so I chose a Worcester greenstar 2000, the labour price he offered was really affordable and he completed the works at a good time.

A first visit was made to assess the problem. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained that parts were required that were not available locally at on the day. He apologised for the inconvenience caused and promised to return in 2 days to install the required parts. He returned as promised, calling half hour before arrival, with the new parts. He installed them swiftly and all the issues were resolved. All in all, a very pleasant experience. One couldn't ask for better service!
