  Reliable, high-quality service

  Marian and team have done numerous jobs for us in recent years, most recently including redecorating a bedroom (including extensive reskimming, other repairs and painting) and fitting a new bathroom, both to a very high standard. We are always very pleased with the work and the professionalism. Importantly, Marian provides excellent solutions to unexpected challenges, such as the discovery that our bathroom floor was rotten and old pipework inadequate. And while some might charge the earth in those situations, Marian’s pricing is always fair. I strongly recommend Marian and team.

  As an international landlord, it can be very difficult to find reliable and trustworthy tradesmen to look after your property. I came across Marlan over three years ago through Checkatrade, and I’m so grateful that I did. He is always on hand to assist with any emergencies and liaises directly with my tenants, carrying out all required works promptly, cost-effectively, and to a high standard. Marlan also goes above and beyond by suggesting improvements to the property that enhance its value without unnecessary expense.

  We had a very challenging problem which we were beginning to think was insoluble without a complete kitchen revamp. Then Marian came and swiftly resolved it for us with a lot of hard work and patience. He did an excellent job and was very polite, thoughtful and considerate. He kept us informed at every stage and was impeccable about removing all packaging and debris, and leaving everything in good order.
