Dan came to cut down tree and helped to accommodate this given the various other works we had and his vehicle not working.
However not sure if he did anything to kill off tree.
Communication was unclear. Tree branches were not removed as they had problems with their vehicle so they would come back another time. After chasing continuously, we were then told they had some personal reasons and so would come back at a later date. Eventually I was then told this would be an additional charge. For future clients ensure the works are clearly documented and not just over the phone.

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed, particularly as this is our first negative review in eight years on Checkatrade. The job was arranged at short notice with the price agreed. Unfortunately, both vehicles broke down and our main climber suffered an eye injury, preventing him from working for two weeks. We agreed to return, but access was blocked by building works not previously disclosed. We made several attempts to resolve matters by phone and email without response. We accept communication could have been clearer and will document agreed works and costs more explicitly in future
