I called this morning, the job was completed before lunch. Commercial property in Aylesford. Top, top communications from excellent people. I have never spoken to them before, I do not know them, but was treated like an old friend. I could NOT be more grateful and will DEFINITELY use them again if the need occurs. Top people, Top service, I recommend them, COMPLETELY.

We were thoroughly impressed by the work by DNA, who dealt with a problem in our house with care and skill. They also diagnosed issues with two of our neighbours too, finding a solution to stop the activity. These brothers are a throwback to the past, where businesses prioritised fair, honest pricing and were human beings first, businessmen second. If you have any pest control issues then don't hesitate to book these guys!

After 18 months of companies refusing to remove pigeons and proof my solar panels as there was no access for scaffolding, DNA arrived, spent 5 minutes looking at the panels and less than 7 days later had attended to remove the pigeons and fully proof the panels, they also came back when it appears some pigeons had managed to hide amongst the nest whilst work was being completed and removed these quickly. Very happy with the service and the only company who were willing to complete the work out of the 15+ companies I’d contacted.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful on the phone. Dan came to the home - reliable and knowledgable. He was just here for the fleas but also treated the ant problem without being asked and didn’t charge extra which I really appreciated! Thank you very much :) Will update in a couple weeks to confirm if the fleas are no more!!
