We agreed a time that was convenient and DNA arrived promptly on the day. The work was completed quickly and tidily. Both electricians wore overshoes showing respect for our property. We were given instructions on how to use the oven and an invoice was furnished to us by text. Ring circuit for sockets in kitchen and lounge had stopped working, fuse switch kept tripping. Possibly a cable had been chewed by mice! Ian arranged to come out quickly and arrived promptly at 8.30am as arranged. It took maybe a couple of hours to diagnose the fault and fix it, very expertly without having to go through any walls, which was a relief!
